• be sensitive to issues related to the quality of the participation of women and men in the life of the church
• respond to situations relative to women within the bounds of the Presbytery
• be concerned with the calling of women into the existing patterns of the ministry for women
• assist Presbytery's Nominating Committee by suggesting names of women for service on the Presbytery's committees
• reflect the working relationship between the Presbytery and the Presbyterian Women in the Presbytery of the Inland Northwest.
