Welcome to the webpage for the Presbytery Meeting Committee.  We are composed of six people.  We meet four times a year about six weeks prior to a Presbytery meeting.  

 

We are responsible for choosing the time and place of stated meetings of the Presbytery, preparing a docket to be recommended for stated meetings of the Presbytery, for worship, special speakers and themes for stated meetings of the Presbyter and for planning the Church Leaders' Retreat.
