Welcome to the webpage for the Committee on New Church Development.  We are composed of six persons.  Our chairperson is Rev Steve Watts who can be reached at (509)466-0305.

 

We are responsible for developing plans for Presbytery new church or house church projects, overseeing the process of establishing budgets and seeking funding for these projects, overseeing the process of calling staff for these projects in conjunction with Committee on Ministry and the Personnel Committee of the Presbytery and working with the Presbytery Trustees to identify sites and acquire property for new churches.
